Hi guys,
I currently have a free Power BI account (not supposed for organizations) where I can make reports and export them to PDF or printscreen them as the only way to share my analysis with colleagues (who don't use Power BI). There's no other way right?
If I would like to publish a 'clickable' dashboard to my colleagues (who don't use Power BI), I would need Power BI Pro for $ 9,99 per month. One account user would be enough. Am I correct?
Bonus question: why does the Dutch location type not work for 'Postcodes 5' in the ArcGis Map visual? And where is 'Postcodes 6'? Isn't it supposed to be using the zip code digits 1 through 6 with the Postcode types 1 through 6?
Thanks in advance!
Joris

Hi. Yes. In order to share or be shared, users must have pro accounts. Otherwise you will still be exporting pdfs or mails subscriptions of static reports.
The accounts can be used by more than one person at the same time, however it is recommended to have one for each users because that helps you track activity logs in a near future.
I'm not sure about ArcGis, that an issue of the visual and not a power bi one.
I hope that helps,
Happy to help!
