Create App button missing

I've created an App and now I'd like to create another (within the same workspace).  I don't see the Create an App button in the workspace.  Why?

Currently can only create one app per at workspace. In the roadmap there will be a feature coming out later this year to create multiple apps in a single app workspace. Microsoft Fabric release plan documentation - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn
