Couldn't retrieve the data for this visual. Please try again later".

Hi all, i have 2 data sources. One is sql server and other is snowflake. Using row level security. Created dashboard(Direct Query)and published it to service. In the service i don't see data and a error "Couldn't retrieve the data for this visual. Please try again later". Now when I download the same dashboard and open in desktop i can see my data in the dashboard. Any help pls.

What connection mode are you using? 

For SQL server, if you connect it directly, please check your settings according to this article, Tutorial: Connect to on-premises data in SQL Server - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

For snowflake, please check the settings according to this article, Connect to Snowflake with Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Thanks for response.  I have gateway configured for both sql server and snowflake. But still problem remains the same can not see the visual in service.

Both sql server and snowflake are connected by using Direct Query (live)
