Couldn't load the data for this visual - Working in Desktop but not in embedded and powerbi service

Hello,

I am using direct query from Google Bogquery, the visuals are working fine in PowerBI desktop, but couple of visual is broken in PowerBI service and embeeded with the below error. We have enabled RLS as we are using this feature.

Hi @Anonymous ,

For the Google BigQuery data source in Power BI Service, you may need to install and configure the gateway, see:.On-premises data gateway . Then you can use schedule refresh or manual refresh to get latest data, see: Configure scheduled refresh .

Hello Amy,

I am using Direct query to connect power bi dashboard. I think then personal getway wont be require ? Correct if I am wrong.

Hi @Anonymous ,

The data gateway is necessary for on premise data source. Personal gateway is ok, while recommend you use enterprise gateway.
