Couldn't export to PowerPoint

Hi! I want to export my dashboar to Power Point but, I can´t.

During 2 years, I´ve downloaded this report montly. I share similar reports with my colleagues but, now, they can´t download it either.

The message is:

Thanks for your help!!! I cleaned the cahce and erased 1 page of my dashboard. 
I could download my dashboard in powerpoint

Hi  @valqr31 ,

There are official documents here, which have some restrictions on exporting to PPT:

You can try:

Please contact with the admin of your organization to check if have enabled the option Export the reports as PowerPoint presentations.

Try restarting your computer, clearing the cache.

If you can please share some detailed information about your issue. It is hard to reproduce your issue from your description.
