Hello @Radha2024
try these options
Restart Power BI Desktop and try again
Publish to a different workspace (test if it’s workspace-specific)
Save PBIX under a new name and retry
Check Power BI Service Status
If on a VPN, try disconnecting and publishing again
Thanks,

Hello Radha2024,
would say check your permissions and network issues
but if its fine then i would prefer going through the following document:
Troubleshoot Power BI Desktop publishing - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
if this helps please mark as solution
IMO, error message is not indicating the root cause of the issue. Can you provide few more details about your PBIX file?
1. What is the storage mode?
2. What is the size of your PBIX file?
3. Do you have Power BI Pro/PPU license?
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-license
4. Is your workspace a fabric capacity backed workspace or a shared capacity workspace? If it is shared capacity workspace then have you checked the total space occupied by all your artifacts in the workspace?
5. Have you tried publishing it to a different workpace? If yes then is it working?
Please check the blog links I shared and look at the limitations mentioned at the end of the blog.
