Dear Support
From service none of my reports are refreshing using personal gateway.
I wasted a few days looking for a solution until I came across this article.
In short, you have to install MSOLAP, AMO, and ADOMD clients in all gateways machine (and also update gateway to the latest version). The article I linked has a more detailed step-by-step guide.

Hi @mesaleheen
On-premises data gateway (personal mode):
Allows one user to connect to data sources and can’t be shared with others. An on-premises data gateway (personal mode) can be used only with Power BI. This gateway is well-suited to scenarios where you’re the only one who creates reports and you don't need to share any data sources with others.
For more info you may refer to this blog.
On-premises data gateway vs. on-premises data gateway (personal mode)
From the table we see the on-premises data gateway (personal mode) has lots of limitations.
It can only be used to schedule refresh the report with import connection mode.
And the on-premises data gateway (personal mode) can run only as an application.
If you want to refresh reports with DirectQuery/LiveConnect mode or you want your gateway works as a service or in admin mode, you need to consider the on-premises data gateway (previously known as the Enterprise gateway).
