When I use the function - Copy visual as image, an error occurs: couldn't copy to clipboard - It looks like the server's busy. How to solve this issue?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Based on my test, I reproduced your problem. First time, I copy successfully, when I went to copy it for the second time, I got the same error message as you.
But after a while, I refresh the browser and can success copy again.
It's just a network problem as it described "the server's busy", if it persists, please change the browser, clear the browser cache and try again.

It works today buy why does it cut off my image?
I didn't see any truncating behavior this morning when I tested. That said, might be a good reason for you to open a new ticket with support. See below.
From @lbendlin earlier -
If you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
Otherwise you can raise an issue at https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues .
Says, the same issue for me too. Please, help. Tried Clearing Cache and Changing the Browser but nothing seems to work.
We raised a ticket, and so should you.

same problem. Tried two locations. refresh removed titles. Nothing. Two days apart same thing. It worked 3 days ago. Please help!!!
Same problem here. This is a popular mechanism to copy some of the visuals at this company. Suddenly stopped working cross multiple reports.
Any ideas, anyone?
Did you raise the ticket?
Just did.
Just heard back from support. (impressive response time)
"Product team is aware of the issue and a fix to be deployed some time over the weekend. We do not have a exact time frame to share at this time.
Please check next week to confirm if issue is resolved. If it is not, do let me know so that we can investigate further. In the meantime, please use screenshot tools such as the built in windows screenshot tool ( can be activated via windows key + shift + S) or a third party screenshot utility of your choice."
Wow. Where do we apply for the "defective product" discount ?

"It's just a network problem" is not a solution. I've got the same problem. Clearing cookies doesn't fix it.
See my post above from MSFT support from 2 days ago- they have acknowledged this bug, and are looking to fix it this the weekend of April 13, 2024 (i.e. tomorrow or the day after, as of the date/time of this post).
Am also facing the same issue , could anyone please help me on this
You can raise an issue at https://issues.powerbi.com . If you have a Pro license you can consider raising a Pro ticket at https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/
