Control Page Visibility Dynamically

I have a requirement to allow the end user to pick and choose the pages they want to display in meetings.  So if you have 15 pages and only select 7 to show.

Is there a way to accomplish this?  I have a bookmark for each page and I thought a slicer could be used associated to a Pages Table, just not sure what the rest would be?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Dorinda

As far as I know, this is not possible within power BI. You could look at my blog post where I do something similar to limit pages, which the users can only see specific pages might help.

Did you know you can now selectively show report pages for specific users in Power BI? - FourMoo | F...

@GilbertQ  The issue is that this is an All Hands deck so the limitation will not work by user.  I am trying to implement this using Slicer, Bookmarks, Selector and Buttons but you cannot use conditional formatting of Buttons based on this code

PageSelection = DATATABLE(
    "PageID", INTEGER,
    "PageName", STRING,
    "PageOrder", INTEGER,
    {
        {1, "Cover Sheet", 1},
        {2, "Agenda", 2},
        {3, "Opening Remarks", 3},
        {4, "Hails", 4},
        {5, "Farewells", 5},
        {6, "Remarks - Front Office", 6},
        {7, "Remarks - IT Ops", 7},
        {8, "Remarks - Digital Innovation & Data", 8},
        {9, "Remarks - IT PfM", 9},
        {10, "Remarks - CISO", 10},
        {11, "Remarks - Other Support Function", 11},
        {12, "Employee Selections", 12},
        {13, "Personal Information", 13},
        {14, "Education and Experience", 14},
        {15, "Family and Fun", 15}
    }
)

I have bookmarks for each page, and buttons but nothing is working this is essentially using buttons to navigate to the pages which is easy and you hide the pages and just use the buttons, the issue is that I want to pick and choose the pages so that the buttons are visible after I select them from the slicer.

If feels like it would work but just not having success.

Hi @Dorinda

Based on what you're looking for, I would highly recommend getting in a consultant.
