Contact gateway administrator to add to gateway

Hello Experts,

I have one Power BI report which i have published to the four PBI serveice account. same report i want to access from diffrent service account , so i have install one gateway using one account and add user to the data source with other three account,

now the gateway is appraing but shows error and PBI report is not opening. the main account (gateway account ) , report is working fine but other three having same issue.

Hi. The picture shows that there are two sources unreachable. You need to add those two to the gateway. Only the Gateway Administrator can ADD sources. 

If you add a user to a source you just say "you can schedule refresh a dataset with this source" but you are not allowing them to add a new source. If you want them to add a new source you need to add the account as Gateway Administrator like this doc

People in there would be able to add new sources. The users can only schedule refresh.

Hello @ibarrau , You are right , this was the issue , after adding all acounts as gateway Admin, I am able to add and edit Data Source.
