Contact App Author to Set Permission - Error when using PowerBi App in Teams

I keep getting the above error when accessing published reports embedded in teams channels. There are no issues with the permissions as far as I can tell and the error is not present when viewing the same app outside of Teams.

Any help on fixing this?

Please check below requirements:

To embed a report on the Power BI tab in Teams, you need to meet these requirements:

• Teams has the Power BI tab.
• You have at least a Viewer role in the workspace that hosts the item.
• You have permission to view the organizational app

For information about the different roles, see Roles in workspaces.

To view a report on the Power BI tab in Teams, your users need to meet these requirements:

• They're Teams users with access to channels and chats.
• They have permission to view the items in Power BI.

All these requirements are met and the error message continues. Any other reasons why this message is showing up with embedded apps in teams?
