Hi , @kkalyanrr

Obviously the credential that you provide is local credential and the url  is not  the one  that  on the onedrive.( the url should be "https:xxxxxx.sharepoint.com.xxx" instead of "c\\user.......")

In addition ,it is suggest to connected to the one drive file from desktop using web instead of  share point folder .

Please follow these steps:
1.open the csv file in onedrive by using desktop excel app, then  copy the  path info of  your excel .

2.connected to the one drive file from desktop using  web  ( need Remove the ?web=1 string at the end of the link)

Hi, @kkalyanrr

I can't see the error message on the right half from your first screenshot.

BIteam:invalid connection credentials?????
Underlying error message:The crendentials ???????

Can you provide a good screenshot (masking some of your sensitive information)?

Is this your error Details?

Details: "We could not register this data source for all gateway instances within this cluster. Please find more details below about specific errors for each gateway instance."

And it seems that   you connect csv files stored on OneDrive to Power BI Desktop via Web connector, then publish the pbix file to Power BI Service, right?

Please refer to desktop-use-onedrive-business-links   to  get the correct web url and make sure you select OAuth2 as the Authentication method when configuring your refresh settings.

Hi,
I've connected to the one drive folder from desktop using share point folder instead of web as shown in the pic..Q11.PNGQ10.PNG
