Configuring Azure Log Analytics not working

I am trying to connect my premium per capacity workspace to Azre Log Analytics, however have been getting the following error message for over 24 hours. 

Following the pre-requisites in the microsoft documentation Configuring Azure Log Analytics in Power BI (Preview) - Power BI | Microsoft Docs, i am an owner in the Log Analytics workspace, have added "microsoft.insights" to the Azure subscription and included "Power BI Service" with the wole of owner in the workspace roles.
