Conditional Formatting on Service suddenly disappeared

In the Desktop version the Conditional formatting on the background of the graphs are still visible, however this is not shown in the Power BI services anylonger. We have prove it worked, but now it has dissappeared. Does anybody knows what happened?

Hi @Mar1604 ,

Though the engineers didn't update ETA, I find that it is working now. Please try again to check it.

Hi, i am facing the same issue, in power bi service, only half of conditional formatting remains after publishing report, tried everything on the internet. cleared cache. works until next refresh, then it goes back to showing only half of it. is there another way to fix this?

Could be Temporary Service Insanity Syndrome. You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

Hi Greg,

thanks for you quick respons. I have a Pro license, however I need to find an admin within my organisation before I can ask this question (OMG how difficult could big companies make it ).

So I will get lost in my Organisation I guess before finding the answer....

Hi @Mar1604 ,

I produced the issue. And it will be submitted internally. If there is any new message, I will post here.

Woww, that's highly appreciated. In my company they are still trying to find someone responsible (unbelievable in such a big company). I will patiently be waiting on a reply

Hi @Mar1604 ,

It have been submitted internally. Usually, we need to wait for a few days to get response from the team.

Here is the ICM number: #181116855. If other engineers find the answer, please attach your thread link into it to get the issue fixed quickly.

Hi v-xuding-msft

I now have been granted access myself to the support pages and I could create a support ticket myself, but I will wait a few days on the response from the team. I don't like to create 2 tickets for the same issue.
