Conditional Formatting on Service Not Working?

Hello,

In the last week or so, I have been getting to below screen when trying to add conditional formatting to columns in a table in the PBI service. This was never an issue in the past. Does any one know what might be causing this or when it might be fixed? 

I am sure it is an issue, as I have columns in the table that are already conditionallly formated, but when I try and adjust their settings, I get the below screen also.

I'm also having a very similar issue.
The Based on Field drop down shows {{placeholderText}} rather than the list of fields to select from

This issue has been submitted internally. ICM ID: 289417993 It is still under investigation.
