Conditional Formatting not Being Applied to Visuals on Dashboard
Hello everyone,
It seems that conditional formatting is not working when I pin a visual to a dashboard on the Power BI Service. Is anyone else having this issue? Did Microsoft release an update over the weekend?

MS support has fixed the issues. The email formatting is correct, the conditional format that is sent via the email and the dashboard itself is now working! The measure on the dashboard formatting also is working now. Thank you! MS support team you are amazing. This community is amazing as this is the first time I have raised a critical issue here and it was addressed on time as stated by the MS support team!

Yes, I am having the same issue with conditional formatting, which appears in the report but not in the dashboard or the email subscription sent out. I have started having this issue on July 4th evening onwards. I have recreated new dashboards in the new workspace which has the same issues. The tite's in the report missing as well which is based on the measures.

I have raised this issue with the Ms support. I have given them the past copy of my subscription email that have the highlights or conditional formats and titles and the once that are suddenly missing after July 4th. I suspect there was an update that wiped out this feature in Power BI.

Yeah, I just got confirmation from MS support that this was a bug. They say it'll be fixed by July 13th. We'll see.

Will follow thread since we have the same behaviour since Thursday evening.

Hi. Conditional Formatting won't be applied to dashboards. You can check the limitations of dashboards here:
I hope that helps,
Happy to help!

Our dashboards have had conditional formatting applied to them every day. In fact, the data bars conditional formatting is still working on a dashboard visual. I have seen that page you sent me and I do not know why it says that conditional formatting is not applied.
