Combining many different sources.

I am looking for suggestions to see if someone smarter than myself (you) can come up with a recomendation for a large accumulation of data.
I have 30+ customers that provide me with their forecast for products they will be puchasing. From a data collection standpoint for difficulty of entry I would have to break it into 3rds. 
The easiest third is a drag and drop the Excel spreadsheet or CSV into a network file then update the .pbix.
The next third would be those customers that can't seeem to send the data exactly the same way each time.

The last are those customers that send their data via PDF, without tables, and horribly messy to the point where I have to use the Excel from picture feature, or if I feel like torchuring myself, hand entry.
Now that I have a .pbix file per customer I now need to get them all in to one.  

The raw data being pulled from is in a network folder. 
I've been very good about making the outputs for each customer pbix exactly the same.  Month/Year, Part, Quantity......etc.
I'm taking suggestions now........

I would highly recommend creating a tempered for all customers to put their forecast in data into in this way you can then consume a single template for all your PBIX files. I think allowing your customers to put in whatever they want is will create a lot of additional work for you and something that will be difficult to manage over time.

Thank you Gilbert for your suggestion. 
I did create a Template for the customers' input. It hold a standard full Date Table as well as some look up tables.
Each customer has their own pbix file and a couple of those customers even have three different ways/formats that they distribute their data.
What I'm looking for is, now that I have 20 - 30 pbix files that now produce data output the same way, what is the BEST way to now pull all that data together?  I have a couple of ideas but would like to know what the Power BI Community can suggest.
