How do I merge multiple dashboards from different owners into an existing dashboard?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @cgaines - you need to consolidate their visual elements into a single workspace or report. However, Power BI does not allow direct merging of dashboards.Ensure you have edit access to the reports used in the dashboards you want to merge. Ask the original owners to share the reports with you, granting the necessary permissions.
Open the dashboard where you want to merge the visuals.
Open the unified report.
Pin the visuals from the report to the dashboard. This adds tiles to the existing dashboard>>Arrange and Customize Tiles:
Arrange the tiles on the dashboard to ensure the layout is user-friendly>> Add filters or slicers to allow users to interact with the dashboard.
or you can also perform embed the visuals from the individual dashboards within the unified dashboard.
Hope this works.
