Is there anyway to combine data from two separate data flow (exactly the same structure) into one data flow.
graphical view as below. Dataflow1 (data for the West), dataflow2 (Data for East), Dataflow3 (Data for combined East/West). I tried to use the Linked dataflow function, however, it still creates table1 and table2 separately in dataflow3
You need to append, not merge.
DF3 = DF1 & DF2
you mean "wash me but don't make me wet" ? The data has to travel at some point. You can't avoid that.
You can choose not to load tables 1 and 2 for the final result but you cannot avoid having to fetch them.
"You can have dry wash and not to get wet". I was looking for a way to use linked data flow function without recreating the whole original data.
