The Values are correct, but the column of the graph looks strange.
The value of the column that is small is 74.09, close to 77.61, but looking at the graph it looks like the values are very different

But based on the information you provided, I suggest you change the formatting of the chart on Power BI desktop.
In the Y-axis settings, change the Auto in Start to 0.
Then republish it to workspace and check it again.
