Client Exporting to PDF

Hi All,

 

My client is having an issue exporting the dashboard.

When they export to PDF a number of the visualizations have errors. This problem doesn't happen when I export the dashboard, only when they try to.

share the exact error or a image of the erro to better help, but generally could be a administration setting of the power bi ecosystem that its limiting some people from exportating check out your adm settings, for a more exact idea share the exact error.
