Classic workspace upgrade - Error

Hi,

I'm new here.

I tried to upgrade my classic workspace to modern, but I got an error.

Do you know why it's happening?

Hi @asnyk33 ,

I got the same error today when trying to upgrade from classic to modern workspace.  I believe it was giving error because our company has Duo two factor authentication.  When I used another account without having to enter the second authentication then I was able to upgrade.  Give it a try.

Odd, seems related to MFA, do you have MFA turned on? You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
