append one , I found the color allocated in desktop, but difference in service when I published the report to service. pls see the pic...desktop designed

Which visual are you using? Is it a custom visual?
And what is your Power BI Desktop version?
It is recommended that you verify @collinq ‘s answer first, and if not, then try to update the version.

Is it possible that you changed the colors in the desktop but haven't published SINCE you changed the colors? If so, have you refreshed the browser after you published? Or, is it possible that somebody else changed it? I have not seen where a color changed "on it's own".....
