Changing DB connection

Hi everyone.

I have a report created by desktop app with test DB connection and published in power bi portal. Customer wants to see reports with data from other DB.

Can he change/manage DB connection in portal for one project? Because I find only possibility of changing credentials, not server and DB name.

Thanks in advance,

Regards.

@AlexL You can only change the connection string of the report in the Desktop. You would need to open the "edit queries" section and either click on the wheel in the right hand "steps" section for the data source, or click on the "advanced editor" and update the connection directly in the "M" code area.
