Hi,
I have a card visual in my report that has conditional formatting to change the background colour to either Red, Amber or Green depending on the result. This works great in desktop and when published to service. However, when I pin it to a dashboard it loses the colour and just shows a white background which is really unhelpful.
Does anybody have any idea why this is happening?
Thanks
Hi. I'm sorry to tell you that by default the background of the card in a dashboard is white. If you want to solve this you can use font condicional format or use a custom visual like "Card with States" from OkViz.
Regards,

Happy to help!
I tried using the Cards with Stated visual instead of the basic card visual and I'm having exactly the same issue that the background of the visual is showing as white when displayed on a dashboard.
