For 3 days now I can't update my reports. Thery are set to update sunday, at 10 pm. The PBI service returned this error message:
Last update failed: Tue Apr 06 2021 12:42:07 GMT-0300 (Brasília Standard Time) The last update attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient problem. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.H

I tryed to manually update the reports yesterday and today, but the same error occur, for all my reports. The connection with de DB is fine. Is there anybody there who can solve this for me? Thanks.

I think that you ahve to open a ticket as this appears to be on the Microsoft side of things. These intermittent errors are usually just that - intermittent. So, if it keeps happening they can probably help you determine the exact cause.
