Cannot see "View Usage Metrics Report"

Good Afternoon,

I need to investigate how our organisation's dashboards have been accessed and for this purpose I would need to see "View Usage Metrics Report" (I would presume). I have a Pro licence but I cannot see the relevant menu option (where its supposed to be):

I would appreciate advice.

If you want to see all controls in the admin portal, you must be an administrator with the following role. If you do not have one of these roles, you will only be able to see the Capacity Settings in the admin portal.

the tenant admin needs to enable it from the admin portal in power BI service.

Thank you. I am logged in with an Admin Account, and this is what I am seeing in the Admin Portal:

There isn't anything apparent that pertains to "View Usage Metrics Report".
