Cannot run PBI Powerpoint add-in when the file is saved in Onedrive folder (Documents & Desktop)

PowerPoint PBI add-in works if the file is saved in the folders that are not syncing with Onedrive (ex. downloads, pictures folder) however, if the file is saved in OneDrive, I'm receiving the error. 

Upon testing, if the file used is saved from downloads folder, it's using runtime: Microsoft Edge.

But when I'm using a file that is saved in OneDrive, the runtime used is Microsoft Edge Legacy.

I tried the following troubleshooting that I found online. Please note that,

- I've done to put the additional key in the registry key folder(HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\WEF\Win32WebView2) and set dword value to 1.

- Microsoft Edge is updated and webview2 is installed and listed in the apps&features. Both version is (116.0.1938.76)

- M365 version, all apps were updated.

- OS: Windows 10 Enterprise, 22H2.

- Laptop is company domain joined and all office 365 account is linked to the work account
