Hi,
I have many Apps in my overview. One of the apps is pushed to me and not relevant anymore. I want to remove the app, but the garbage bin icon is greyed out. The owner does not work in the company anymore.
How can I remove this app?

Hi @Sander800,
if the app is automatically installed, you can't delete it from your Apps screen.
If you know to which workspace the app belongs, you'll have to ask the Admin of that workspace, to remove you from the permissions list of the app.
Otherwise ask the Power BI Service Administrator to figure this out and remove you.
Hi @Sander800 ,
If the app was created by another person you need to log in into his old account to delete the things he or she had created.
That is what I would do 🙂
Best,
Kathrin

Thanks for the explanation. Not the answer I was hoping for, but I know what to do know.
Cheers
