Hi,
suddenly I was not able to manually refresh my dataset anymore. Upon investigation, it seemed like the dataset had "lost" credentials to some of Web data sources it uses. But unders settings, I the Data source crendetials is not showing anything anymore. Probably because of this, also the Scheduled refresh menu is greyed out. Funny thing is that scheduled refresh is still working (twice a day).
I noticed that if I open the report locally on my machine, save it and re-publish it, then it will refresh successfully at that time. Also, if I save it to another workspace I can again set the credentials to data sources. As this datasetand report are used in published app, I am hesitant to delete it and republish - I am not sure if it compromises the app which is used by many people. Or can I delete the dataset and report and the republish and still keep the app working? Any other ideas how to restore functionality?

But - to my understanding the gateway works and is properly configured:
Hi, @Nautilus
I recommend that you directly upload the report to the same workspace, it will replace your report content.
Deleting datasets and reports and republishing is not recommended as it will compromise the app and sharing.
You can also try to delete the datasource settings under gateway and reconfigure the gateway.

Hi and thanks for the reply,
Sorry I was a bit unclear in the opening. I have already tried uploading and replacing the original report (linked to the app) a few times and it does not help.
But then I also tried uploading it to a different workspace where it works normally.
Gateway is managed by other people in our organization and as such it seems to work as it show green. I was thinking it might be something with the Sharepoint data sources, even though error refers to gateway. I am unsure why these show up under the gateway as well even though they are not using it:
But that is how they are showing also in the copy that works.
