Cannot load model

A user found this error message yesterday, a report in service is on-off all day. Could you please solve this issue?
Note: the background of this report is accessing data source via directquery and SSO option is enable.

Can you please share some detail information to help us clarify your scenario? (e.g. data source type, version, advanced custom steps in the query editor, recent changes, refresh history and getaway logs...)

• Data source: Azure SQL (including 4 queries, 3 queries via import, 1 query (view) via directquery (storage mode as dual))
• SSO option was enable as attached.
• Refresh Log was complete as attached.
• Occured error is found many times on Feb 11 especially during 8:00 PM-11:00 PM

Yesterday, I have changed one thing, it was only disable on SSO option. Then, a user can see a report.

I just want to know the root cause of this issue.

HI @nirun00s,

If this issue appears with a small frequency and it normally works well, I'd like to suggest open a support to open a support ticket with gateway refresh logs as detail contents to get further support from power bi team. (backend refresh stability)
