Cannot load model even at 0% CPU usage

Hello everyone!

 

I am receiving the CapacityLimitExceeded error when loading any of my reports even though in Azure metrics the CPU usage across all workloads is at 0%. Please find below the error details:

Hi thanks for your help. Though there was no dataset refreshing going on at the time, the error went away after some time I posted here. Now, we are able to use the reports again!

Does it display "Cannot load model due to reaching capacity limits" when you open any reports? If so, there should be any reports are refreshing, and the memory using have excessed the capcity limit. This situation will lead all reports under the same Capacity cannot be opened.
