Cannot load model Power bi web

Good day, I was searching the web, because I got the problem "Cannot load model" to me and other users who use the same report.
This report is in Power Bi Web, I have not been able to access it for days, some of you could help me to know what the possible error would be.

First of all, we suggest you to delete confidential or personal information in your screenshot such as url of report.

What is the last you time you can visit this report? What the connection mode the data soures are using, Import, Direct Query, Or Live Connection? Could you please confirm you have the premission to the data source if the data source is SSAS?
