Yesterday I tried using the RLS feature on a datamart. At first creating new roles, their filter rules and asigning their e-mails went fine. After re-opening the datamart a while later I noticed that I made an error when creating the filter rules and wanted to start over. Pressing the delete option makes the roles go away and turns the save button green. The problem is that while it is green, it is also not clickable. The cancel button and x buttons break (no longer responding) as soon as you attempt to click the save button. When trying to swap over to role assignment it asks you to save. If you press save there it loads for a while and the roles re-appear.
I have already tried clearing my chache.
Did I somehow brick my datamart? Any tips on how to unbrick it? Rebuilding it manually would be a pain because I have small but numerous queries that transform the data in the datamart and as there is currently no "export only queries" option I'd have to manually copy them over one by one, which I'd like to avoid.

Hi @jonmaas ,
This is a known issue. Note that dialog is able to save new rls permissions but is not able to allow edits on them. Workaround is to delete role completely and create new role with required permissions/filters and save. Although after re-creating ui is not displaying them, role permissions are saved in the model and one can verify using 'View as' ribbon button in the UI.
We are working on a fix for this issue and will follow up on this case as soon as it is resolved.

Thank you for taking the time to reply!
If the issue is known then I might need to upgrade my googling skills again. Have spent yesterday running in circles wondering something along the lines of "How comes that no one has had this problem before?".
Best regards,
Jonathan
I just recreated the entire datamart and have had to come to a very sad conclusion: (For me atleast) the RLS panel in the datamart editor is one time use. After creating and saving my first security role and assigning an e-mail to it (mine) the entire panel turns unusuable (as described above). Could the fact that I set my own e-mail as one of the roles be the thing that's geting the panel inoperable? I am at my wits end.
Thanks in advance for any tips
