Hello Support,
I can't create an application due to the size limit of my dataset exceeding 300MB. However based on my understanding if I have a power bi pro license I should be able to create an app up to 1GB in size. I have a power bi pro license but I am getting the following error while trying to create the app from a template workspace which then I will publish on app source.
Can someone help me on this?
Thanks,
Akshay

Hi @akshaybholee ,
It sounds like you have a Power BI Pro license, but you are still encountering issues with the size limit of your dataset when trying to create an app. While having a Power BI Pro license does increase the size limit to 1GB, it's possible that there are other factors at play here.
You can be to try reducing the size of your dataset by removing any unnecessary data or optimizing the data model.
Another option could be to split your dataset into multiple smaller datasets and create separate reports for each dataset.
Or you can republish again.

Solved: Power BI dataset size limit - Microsoft Fabric Community
There is a 1 GB limit per dataset that is imported into Power BI. If you have chosen to keep the Excel experience, instead of importing the data, the limit is 250 MB for the dataset.
If it does not help, please provide more details .
