Cannot create a group

We are not able to create a group workspace its showing below error.

I just created one so it is not a systemic issue. Do you have a Pro account? Can you share the settings for the group that you used? How many initial members did you add?

Otherwise, use the smiley icon in the service to send a frown along with a screen shot of the error.

Hi

I tried 2 ways. I tried to create the group with no members, did not work. I tried to create the group with members, did not work.

I have a PRO trial but the University has an Office 365 license. Would they need to upgrade for PowerBI to Pro?

Hmm, it could definitely be a licensing issue. Group workspaces can only be used and created by Pro accounts.

1. Does everyone you invite to a group have to have a pro license?

2. Can I create groups on a pro trial?

1. Well, I imagine that you can invite them, but they won't (shouldn't) be able to access it.

2. No clue
