I know this question has been asked many times before, and I've tried to use the previous threads to address my problem, but I have not been able to find a solution.
I have a report that pulls in data from Azure Devops via Odata. The report pulls data from 2 resources and I have no issue in PBI Desktop. When I publish the report to the PBI Service, one of the connections will not authenticate and I cannot update the data in the report.
When I select OAuth2 as the authentication method, I get the following error.
I know the URL and OData query are valid, as I can put it in the browser and get the results back. I also have tried clicking on the URL whehn following the lineage link and have no issue.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
Hi , @MTOnet
Try to go to ‘data setting’->‘Datasource crendentials’->edit credential for that odata source, select "Basic".
Please refer to the following thread, hope they can help you resolve the problem.
