I have several reports that I cannot make visible in trhe app. I have added the report as content and it is in the content list. I the Audience section I click the eye to make visible and the report appears to be visible:
I have clicked "Grant access to Entire Organization"
Then I click "Update app". When I go the app the report is not listed and if I go back into update app in the Audience page it is still shown as being hidden:
I also noticed after making this report visible and repeating the process with some other reports when I returned to look at this report at the report level it shows it is visible but all pages on the report appear not to be visible.
I have attempted multiple times publishing the app at least 20 times without being able to make all my reports visible in the app despite one by one making visible and selecting Entire organization as the audience.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong and how I can make being visible "stick"?
Thanks
Hi, I have had this problem many times but think I have worked out where I go wrong..
I was getting the error (unable to unhide) when I was trying to update the app on the "content" tab (see no eye icon in first scsreenshot below). When you go to the "auidence" tab, the page looks the same but does have the eye icon to unhide.
Did this ever get solved? Having the same problem...
The problem went away after several weeks. I never got an explanation.
Same problem here. Since the rollout of the new app management interface and Audiences, it is impossible to change the visibility of any report or section in our workspaces.
Hi @philbraz
Thanks for reaching out to us.
I am trying to reproduce that behavior, and I want to check in which interface is this screenshot taken?

Hi,
Thanks for the response. By interface do you mean browser? I believe the screenshots were from Firefox. But I experience the same issue in Edge of making a report visible to an audience, publishing but once published it is still not visible. When I go to publish the app again it also is still not visible.
But I do not recall experiencing the issue in Edge where the report appears tpo be visible but each page is not.
Thanks,
Phil
