Can't sign up for power BI

Hello, I tried to sign up for Power BI, and got a message when I entered the code for the phone verification:  "We need more information to verify your identity. We're sorry. Please contact support."

Hi  @Hypergloom ,

This kind of issue is usually related to three factors: network environment, browser cache and phone number/email account.

You could try to clear the browser cache and open the InPrivate window to access.

Make sure you have changed the different phone number and email address.

If you would still encounter this error prompt, to exclude the interference of certain factor of your pc, I recommend you could also try again in another computer

Im having the exact same issue tried every step to troubleshoot this problem but everytime it requires me to contact support to verify my identity. Please help with a solution to solve this as Im trying to purchase a power BI Pro plan

You would need to chat to your Office 365 admin to assist you to be able to get you signed up for Power BI
