Hello all

but I can't see Map to option in Gateway connection.

I have tried to create new data source by clicking on Manually add to gateway, still can't use it to map my data source. When trying to do the same on Gateway cluster's admin account I can see Map to option. Any idea why that happen to my account despite admin have added me to that gateway cluster ? Thanks

Hi @HauLe ,

For this type of problem, it is possible that the gateway is in offline mode causing it to not connect properly.

Check whether the status of the corresponding gateway is normal by the following way. If it is offline, you can restart the gateway locally and configure it again to see if it can connect properly
