Can't pin visual or create dashboard as a viewer in a workspace or app

Hello , 

I am currently searching for a way  to give permissions to viewers to pin visuals , create dashboards , but I don't want to give them more permissions .

Is there a way to do it ?

Unfortunately, this is still the case.
We don't want users with a viewer role to be able to modify standardized and published reports. However, they should still be able to pin existing visuals to a dashboard.

I would greatly appreciate it if this could be changed in the future.

Or is there already a workaround available?

As mentioned by @arvindsingh802 , role of Viewer does not have any permission to edit dashboard, and the user needs to be assigned the role of Contributor role at least.

To Pin a visual in dashboard the user would require atleast contributer role
