I have a personal business account PPE, and since I lost my mobile access, I cannot get into my account.
After the password, it asks for my authenticator number, but as I have no authenticator any longer, I have no other option.
And guess what? I cannot find a way to get any support from Microsoft by email or phone. I am stuck in a "circular reference" of walls that Microsoft created.
I have attached an image of where I am stuck once this is the only admin account.
Do you have any idea how I can get help from Microsoft? Or get the authentication process to go to my email or phone number instead of the unexistent authenticator?
