PowerBi Metrics

For PowerBi Metrics when i link to a source of data i.e. a graph in a report which has multiple months it pulls in a value but not the time series so the progress chart isnt completed with prior periods

When selecting the value i make sure the month isnt in the filter but it only pulls in the one month. Any idea why this might be. I have done it with other reports for different items and it does bring in the history

Hi @alanteal44 ,

Please check if your data is in this condition:

We don't pull in the history of time series if we only have a partial date (day of the week, month, etc.) We can only pull in the history of a time series when we have a full date to track (day, month, and year).

For more details, please refer to:

Best Regards,

Jianbo Li
