Can't create workspaces in deployment pipeline

Hi PBI community

I have the following issue:

I created a deployment Pipeline from a premium workspace (of which I am an admin). Now I want to use it, and this workspace is already set up as my production workspace, but I see no button or option to create my test and dev workspaces from this UI. Where do I create this?
