Can not add a new connection with On-premises

I can't select or add any name in the "Gateway cluster name" in the first picture. And my gateway is ok. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks.

At least one of your gateway cluster members must be online.

Hi @feng ,

Looking at your picture shows that your gateway is a personal mode gateway, not an enterprise mode.

When creating a gateway connection, only standard gateways can have gateway clusters, you can download and create a standard version of the gateway so that it will automatically create a gateway cluster.
