Building scorecards with filter, repetitive status rules

Hi there. We are starting to use PowerBI scorecards which is great for tracking trend. 2 questions:

1. Is there anyway to save certain Status rules that will be used frequenty accross different metrics? Currently I am setting up these status rules metric by metric though they r the same.

2. As for filters, what I want is building same scorecards for different regions/sales offices/BU. After I build one with no filters, can I save a filter to have only US data or UK data to track just that country? Currently, do I need to build a whole new scorecard one by one with all the same metrics? Only difference is when select visual in existing dashboard add a country filter and select US?

the rule template cannot be saved in the scorecard.
