Bing map not working on Service/Published link

Hello community, I'm working with the Bing Map in my report, but it isn't working properly.

This is a SS of the map in Desktop. Legends and location working properly.

Once I upload the report to Service I get this map in the report. I think is a problem related with location since the legends still appear.

I would appreciate any help, thanks!

By my tests with the latest version of power bi desktop, i cannot reproduce your issue.

Here is my test output.

Do you have this issue if you upload your pbix directly in power bi service via getting data>>local file?

In addition, please open a new inprivate window and try again.

If you still have this issue, please share the dummy pbix file which can reproduce the issue, so that we can help further investigate on it? You can upload it to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.
