Hi,
I am a new power Bi developer.
In my new role, Excel files act as the dataset. These files get generated twice every month (60 files around in a month each around 8 - 10 MB).
The dashboard so far has data refreshes by me from my desktop.
Is there a better &secure way to handle storage & data refresh in a more efficient & automatic manner like sharepoint or google drive that is compatible with power BI?
The company has a premium microsoft 365 account. Not looking at costly solutions as it is a small scale enterprise.

Hi @Anonymous ,
Thank you for @SaiTejaTalasila answer , and I have other suggestions for you:
If your company has a Microsoft 365 account, consider using OneDrive for Business. It provides secure cloud storage and seamless integration with Power BI. You can upload your Excel files to OneDrive, and Power BI can directly connect to them. OneDrive also supports automatic refreshes, ensuring your data stays up-to-date.
Best Regards,
Xianda Tang

Hi @Anonymous ,
You can go with SharePoint.
Thanks,
