Hi @FatBlackCat30 ,

 

Please update to the latest version of Power BI.

You could change your browser and check if it works ( like IE, Edgem Chrome, Firefox ). Or you could use other terminals. If the issue still appears, you could create a support ticket for further help.

Not sure why it is happening, but you should be able to reformat the chart once it is in Power BI Service. The other potential problem is your browser. Make sure you are using a compatible browser by checking here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/power-bi-browsers
