When using Azure AI functions in Desktop, im creating a column to score sentiment. Works great in desktop all is well.....but when I publish it....it doesnt want to show the visual...
But as soon as publish it to service.....

Hi @John_DeKock ,
Seems like you have used Premium capacity for AI insights.
This might help you understand further-

Hope this helps!

Queries with AI Insights will stop refreshing on September, 15, 2025. If you want to keep the AI Insights logic inside Power Query, read my blog post here, to learn your options and how to solve it.
The article demonstrates how to implement sentiment analysis using the new Azure AI Language service, and includes a reusable M function and example solution PBIX file for further learning.

Funny thing I saw now......Even though we have a F64 capacity
Then I would urge you go through any other limitations that might cause this issue.

Nope, just a simple Excel file we use for this POC, so not even a complex data source
Hi @John_DeKock ,
I can understand the frustration that it doesnt show in Service but is working on Desktop.
Is your Model Direct Query? Because apparently Direct Query isnt supported.

thanks for this, but the workspace is indeed Premium...so it baffles me a bit
Hi @John_DeKock ,
Reports with applied Text Analytics and Vision functions should be published to a workspace that is on a Premium capacity, otherwise refreshing the semantic model fails.
